{"id":109,"date":"2026-02-26T09:50:00","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T09:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afejuco.org\/office\/?p=109"},"modified":"2026-04-02T14:10:18","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T14:10:18","slug":"bukavu-afejuco-renforce-les-capacites-de-son-personnel-en-sensibilite-aux-conflits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afejuco.org\/office\/bukavu-afejuco-renforce-les-capacites-de-son-personnel-en-sensibilite-aux-conflits\/","title":{"rendered":"Bukavu: AFEJUCO renforce les capacit\u00e9s de son personnel en sensibilit\u00e9 aux conflits"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L\u2019Associations des Femmes Juristes Congolaises (AFEJUCO\/SK) a organis\u00e9, du 23 au 24 f\u00e9vrier 2026 \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re de Bukavu, un atelier de formation ax\u00e9 sur la sensibilit\u00e9 aux conflits, la gestion des tensions et la m\u00e9diation communautaire. Cette activit\u00e9 s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du projet Conflict Sensitivity Hub, financ\u00e9 par International Alert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif principal de cette formation \u00e9tait de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles et op\u00e9rationnelles du personnel afin d\u2019int\u00e9grer efficacement l\u2019approche de sensibilit\u00e9 aux conflits dans tous les cycles des projets, de la conception \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant deux jours, dix membres du personnel (dont sept femmes et trois hommes) ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019un renforcement de comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 travers des modules th\u00e9oriques et pratiques. Les th\u00e9matiques abord\u00e9es ont notamment port\u00e9 sur la sensibilit\u00e9 aux conflits, l\u2019impact des conflits sur le d\u00e9veloppement, l\u2019analyse des conflits, la programmation sensible aux conflits, ainsi que les notions de paix positive et paix n\u00e9gative. La dimension genre dans les conflits a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 largement explor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le rapport de l\u2019atelier&nbsp; , les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9s \u00e0 des outils pratiques d\u2019analyse, notamment le mod\u00e8le CR SIPABIO, leur permettant de mieux comprendre les dynamiques conflictuelles et d\u2019anticiper les risques li\u00e9s aux interventions. Des travaux de groupe et des \u00e9tudes de cas concrets issus des zones d\u2019intervention ont facilit\u00e9 l\u2019appropriation des concepts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019approche dite \u201cDo No Harm\u201d (ne pas nuire) a \u00e9t\u00e9 au c\u0153ur des \u00e9changes, mettant en \u00e9vidence la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les organisations d\u2019\u00e9viter que leurs actions, m\u00eame bien intentionn\u00e9es, n\u2019aggravent les tensions existantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats du post-test ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une nette am\u00e9lioration des connaissances des participants, passant d\u2019une moyenne de 54 % \u00e0 85 %.
